Tainted Doc's Wife Found Dead In Penthouse


Tainted Nims cardiologist Dr D. Seshagiri Rao's wife was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a penthouse of their residence on Wednesday.

D. Vijaya Lakshmi, 45, had been missing for four days. Jubilee Hills police officials said that though she had most probably committed suicide.

Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan says his actor son Hrithik will get a test done for his recurring headaches, but will not undergo any surgery.

Hrithik was suffering from subdural hematoma, caused in the brain as a result of a head injury while performing stunts for his upcoming film 'Bang Bang' earlier this year.

Man Called Wife Before Suicide


Infosys techie Deepak Habeeb, who ended his life on Sunday, had talked to his wife for about half-an-hour over the phone, before he cut his wrists and jumped from the third floor of his apartment complex.

His wife, Anni, aka Vijayalakshmi, was celebrating her birthday with her family on the same night, said Deepak's brother Srinivas.

`Depressed' Lady Doctor Commits Suicide


A woman doctor from Punjab, who was pursuing a post-graduate course in Hyderabad, allegedly committed suicide by injecting herself with some poisonous liquid late on Saturday night under Tukaramgate police station limits.

Dr Sailaja Sharma, 31, hailing from Bhatinda, Punjab, lived in a rented house in TM Colony in Mahendra Hills area, the police said.
